Unable to set Custom view on partylist field on Service Activity for Dynamics 8.2 On-Premise

Hi Expertise,

I stuck on the service activity while setting the custom view to the partylist field.

I need this for particular form (ex. form name = abc) on service activity.

The custom view works if there is data in partylist(Resource field) field and if this partylist field is null then the custom view is not set.

Anyone faced same problem? let me know any work around solution.

suggestion will be appreciated.

    Did you pass the Entity Name as well in the addCustomFilter method?

    addCustomFilter(filter, entityLogicaName)
