I am using Microsoft POS 2009 with HP FK224AT printer and HP 417934-001 SPS POs cah drawer. After completing my transaction I do not want to print recept but I only want to open cah register drawer, is that possible..This is because not all of my customers want receipt.

you could turn the printer off within the sales screen. I believe this is under tools -> turn printer off.
Then turn the printer on and then select reprint last receipt to give a customer a receipt. You can also set the printer properties to ask weather to print a receipt or not after the finish of a sale.
Tools-> System ->register properties I believe (might be called hardware) .
