Setting Reply-To on Outbound Emails

Good Afternoon,

We are currently working on a project that requires changing the 'Reply-To' address on outbound emails as replies to emails should be directed to an email domain that is outside of our administrative control.  For outbound email is it possible to set the 'Reply-To' address?  We do not require responses to be tracked within Dynamics.

Yes, you can set your own "Reply-To" address. It's just a way to send emails to customers so no limitation whether domain is under administrative control or no. Hope this helps.

yes, the Reply-To field on marketing emails can be personalized for the given recipient, on Dynamics 365 for Marketing, and the responses will be tracked automatically.
