Auto case creation when an email send

Hi,

I want to create /Automatic record creation and update rules/, I am trying to set /Automatically reply to email/ -> yes and /Allow emails from unknown senders/ -> yes and try to save it, those values automatically turned to /No/. Why this is happening ?

Hi Anandhcrm,

I see that you are using ARC (Automatic Creation and Update of Rules) in the Advanced Settings.

I've hardly ever created an ARC here, but I'm having the same problem as you, probably because of the legacy web client.

I highly recommend that you create an ARC in the new version of customer service admin center:

Here, everything works fine.
