Email ROUTER CONFIGURATION Error-2015 onPremise

Hi All,

I am trying to configure email router in my clients server,i have done configuration as mentioned below:

Incoming:

Emailservertype:Pop3,

AuthenticationType:ClearText,

Emailserver:pop.1and1.com

AccessCredentials:User Specified.

Outgoing:

Emailservertype:SMTP

AuthenticationType:ClearText,

Emailserver:smtp.1and1.com

AccessCredentials:other specified Specified.

but am getting error as mentioned below:

    Make sure you are entering correct CRM server URL, check here how to write server url: technet.microsoft.com/.../hh699786.aspx

    Hello Kinnu,

    The error you are getting is the error which states that the problem is between the connection of MSCRM and Email router. Right now the exchange is not in the picture.

    1) Check the URL if it is correct.

    2) Have you approve email on the all the user profile.

    3) For incoming and out going have you set email router in the user profile.

    4) Please check the credential of the user in the deployment tab. The credential should be of user having system administrator role in CRM org.

    5) Access the CRM org URL on the machine the CRM email router is installed to see if it is accessible.
