    Hi Mona,

If the user has role A and B, then hide this button, right?

My last answer is its solution. Please read it.

First download and install the ribbon workbench.

Create a new entity. In the Role A and B, give the new entity Create privilege of User level.

Then create a custom solution to add the Activity entity. Open this solution in the ribbon workbench.

Open the solution in the ribbon workbench. Customise Command the BULK DELETE button.

Add a Display rule, select EntityPrivilegeRule, set as follow. Publish.

    Hi Mona,

Please refer to these two blogs, which describe how to hide button based on the user's security role.

    community.dynamics.com/.../show-hide-ribbon-button-based-on-security-role-using-entityprivilegerule-in-dynamics-365-ce-without-writing-code

This is the download site for ribbon workbench: www.develop1.net/.../ribbonworkbench.aspx

This is the tutorial for ribbon workbench: community.dynamics.com/.../mastering-ribbon-workbench-2016

First install and learn how to use the ribbon workbench , then refer to two blogs to hide the button.

If you have any questions, feel free to reply to me.
