LCS deployment gives error when trying to create a cloud environment

I try to create an environment on LCS but at the end I get a quite unknown error.

Is there any way to know what is going on?

I have setup all the azure subscriptions, Visual studio project etc but this error

is quite unclear what would be wrong?

This looks like it will require a bit more investigation via telemetry. I suggest opening a case with Microsoft so the Fast Track team can help investigate.

So after quite some debugging and checking it seems it was due to a misconfiguration in the Azure subscription

After following this guide again https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/deployment/arm-onboarding

The error went away and I could deploy an environment.
