How can I create distribution lists? For example I want a list that contains all the staff members email contacts,then when I click that list name I can then send a email to all the staff in the list without having to click each name in the global address list. I can forsee creating many lists with many different people, some with clients, some with vendors, then I could just click the list name and send whatever to everyone within each list. How can I make that happen with CRM?

Create a Marketing List and then use an Advanced Find View to add the records to the list.
