I have a user that's unable to access the sales module in GP...if she does so, GP locks up, then eventually crashes. The issue follows her username, if she logs into another computer, the problem occurs; if someone else logs in on her computer, the issue does not occur.
It's not a permissions thing as she can use the drop downs at the top of the GP screen to perform the same tasks without issue. I created her a second username and that solved the problem for a while, but now it's come back.
Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas?
