Trying to set up Workflows

We have upgraded to GP 2016 and are trying to set up a purchase requisition approval workflow. We have taken several stabs at it but now nothing is working. A requisition is created but never gets to an approver. We currently are working on a third revision of the workflow and I think we have kind of mucked things up. We would like to delete revision one and two of the workflow but it will not allow us because we have started an 'instance' of the workflow. Is there a way to clean this up?

Was able to recall the PO requisitions we had created for testing purposes. Once they were recalled we were able to remove the revisions.

Workflows are based upon active directory (not GP user accounts).

I would recommend that you setup something simple first and confirm that the workflow is working, that email is working and that edit list and attachements are working.

For more complicated, workflows, I would recommend that you write out the rules before attempting to set them up in GP Workflow.

If you are still facing a challenge, I might suggest that you connect first with your GP partner.
