Hello,

I have a user who is using the new license type 'Team Member' but I can't find it in the list where I choose what license type a user has. Anyone know what to choose here?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your query.

Please Team Member users have to use Sales Team Member App and what users can read or write is controlled using Security Role (Sales Team Member role).

I did not find any definite document for what Access Mode or License Type should be for a team member user.

However, as per my understanding, as Team Member users can Read and Write, so the Read-Write option makes sense for the Access Mode.

I think you should select "Sales"
