Blank popup when trying to activate a rule to create records from email

I'm getting a blank popup when trying to activate a rule to create a record from emails to a queue.

After clicking activate, the blank popup shows up and the rule is not activated.

    Have you written any custom JavaScript on the Button click ? or enabled the language pack recently ?

    Same problem here. Did you find a solution?
     
    - AdBlockers are turned off
    - same results with different users and browsers (Edge and Chrome)
    - same results with new design.
    - I'm working with standard app Customer Service Admin Center
    - using the admin role
    - When using the legacy app activation of arc is possible but way less user friendly. Migration of "old" rules to new outfit same problem. I can't get them activated.
     
    Can anyone help?

    Update: Found a solution (more or less) I had to switch back to English language in the Personalization Options (I've had it on German)
