Displaying Hierarchies on account

Hi,

I've enabled and set up the Hierarchy option for accounts and parent. Everything looks fine exept that some users can't see the Hierarchy icon in the list view and within the account form.  I must have forgotten to enable anything when setting this up?

    Have you given Access in Security Role

    Hi, thanks for the reply. The have read/write access on org level for the entity in their security role.

    Did you get an answer to this? I'm having the same issue. Some users can see the icons and view the hierarchy for a particular account but others cannot.

    Hi Tobias,

    Another community member posted on my post about this and there is a Security Role in the Customization tab named Hierarchy Rule. Varying this privilege will give access to what you're asking for.
