Hi, I had to remove the Activities pane from Lead form for some reason and I need to add it back. But now the Notes button is disabled in the form.

I have make sure that the Notes option in Customization of the form is checked. Please refer the image below:

How can I add the Activities/Social pane back to the form? Any help is much appreciated.

    Hi,

These might be a couple of trivial questions:

In your screenshot, it seems you have the tab selected. Create a section for the notes, and see if you can add the notes, having the section selected.

It seems like you have a lots of tabs on your form, can you verify that the notes are not in a different tab of the form?

    Hope this helps...
