Am getting this error when performing the system checks prior to upgrading to 2013. What does it mean? I have a working 2011 system.

    Hello JoerBs,

A little more info is required for a proper reply.

Is this an in-place upgrade? Or are you using a separate server for CRM2013?

Have rights been revoked on the server somehow. Check the required rights in the implementation guide.

    good luck,

This means you haven't create specific service account for the CRM Sandbox service which runs the CRM Sandbox service.

You probably have one service account running a few CRM Services.

In-place upgrade, yes. No, it's the same domain account I've always used for the CRM processes.

Thanks guys. Looks like some things have changed since 2011. I'll read over the requirements of the service account.

My system admins want to use only one account for all our 2013 CRM accounts. How can I use to persuade them to give us multiple account beside best practice?.

One account is fine for all the services, just not best practice from a security perspective. Just make sure the account has all the correct permissions for the right bits of the registry, folder structure, logon as a service, member of performance log users group etc. And NEVER a CRM user account inside the application.
