Salesorder detail move up/down buttons gone

Hello friends,

Our users reported that two buttons for the PSA salesorder detail lines suddenly went missing. If it is displayed in a subgrid, there used to be buttons to move single records up and down the list. I don't have a screenshot of what it used to look like, but now the buttons are missing:

I checked with Ribbon Workbench, and the buttons are still in there (and uncustomized by us):

The enable rules are also unchanged and look fine to me:

Did anyone encounter this or a similar issue before and has a solution for it?

Hi Matthew,

thank you for your reply. We are using the stock PSA App and are currently on version 3.10.0.31.

Hi Thomas,

Do you have your own PSA app? If so, you could check in standard out-of-the-box Microsoft app Project Service if you have the same problem.

What version of PSA you have? Then we can compare if we have the same.
