Hello friends,
Our users reported that two buttons for the PSA salesorder detail lines suddenly went missing. If it is displayed in a subgrid, there used to be buttons to move single records up and down the list. I don't have a screenshot of what it used to look like, but now the buttons are missing:
I checked with Ribbon Workbench, and the buttons are still in there (and uncustomized by us):
The enable rules are also unchanged and look fine to me:
Did anyone encounter this or a similar issue before and has a solution for it?
