hi
i have stock that is showing demand based on being on sales orders that have since been deleted
i have ran a consistency check which really only tells me what i know but offers no fix?
how can i clear this demand?
If consistency check is not able to fix it, the option you may need to take is direct removal from tables by writing a job so that it's corresponding data is deleted as well. (it's not a recommended approach), always to be done in non-production environment to start with.

yes, it seems like bug. You can reach out to MS support and see if they can help. The first thing they are going to ask is - Replicate the issue. Can you replicate - If yes, MS support is your option. If no, you will have issue convincing MS that's it's a bug. They need specifics.

we managed to get the transactions deleted in the AOT
all sorted now
