Where does my Purchase Credit Memo GO

If i don't actually post my Purchase Credit Memo where does it hang out? I went to a different screen and now it is gone. So it has been saved and entered but not posted. I can't find it...

Please help and hopefully I am in the correct place to ask this qustions.

Are you using Dynamics 365 for Finance? If so, you're in the right spot. Next, we need to know which form you're using to enter the credit memo. Accounts payable invoice journal or Pending vendor invoice?

Or you can check the link below, it is mentioned in the article that general journals can create purchase credit memos, you may need to view them in general journals.
