Just started testing the Dynamics CRM and have a question with regards to tracking emails by means of the token
I am using Outlook Web, Dynamics Online and Outlook 2016 for Mac, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 App for Outlook installed
I have activated the token tracking option, however I am not sure I understand at which stage it is added and how. Is it when you reply to an email? When you compose one? Only from Outlook on the Web or Dynamics Online only?
