I have a user who can't edit her personal options in CRM 2016. I am referring to the gear in the upper right hand corner where you can set things like your home page, records per page, etc... When she opens this it is grayed out and there isn't a 'Save' button below.
Is there somewhere in the Security Role that controls this?
