Date Format for bank statement import

Posted on by 5

Hi there,

I'm importing a bank statement where the date format is 2022-12-01T08:16:41.689735-05:00

What's the correct date format to use in the Bank Statement File Setup? I've tried several different ones but none of them seemed to work.

For example:

yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss.SSSSSS
yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss.SSSSSS-Z

Is there a way to make this happen without manually change the date to a more simple format?

Hi, I'm sorry that I haven't tested it in detail, but it may only be Date format here, not DateTime, so it may only support something like yyyy-MM-dd.

Specifies the format used for dates in the bank statement file. Note that the Microsoft standard date and time format requires capitalization for the month, for example, dd/MM/yyyy or d-M-y.

Hopefully other experts can give you better advice.

    Thanks.
