My first post here so please be gentle.
I cannot believe that D365 doesn't seem to have a Planner Code as well as Buyer Code? Have I missed something? Planner's are using the buyer code based on their product groupings which is not necessarily how they are handled by the buyers. Apparently there is no other field that will allow the different forecast strategies and item coverages to work except for buyer code?
I have found something called Plan Groups but this seems to be only related to Intercompany?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
