Copy a tab to a new form?

I currently created all of my forms and now my company has decided they want to add a tab.  Is there an easy way to copy that tab (and all the contents) over to each form or do I have to manually create it

    Hi Sunset!

That is the #1 pain of using role based forms--keeping them up-to-date and matching each other.  I try to avoid them unless the business reasons ABSOLUTELY require them, and I'm glad they are there when that is the case.  However, the margin for error increases significantly when you have to update multiple forms.

    Good luck!
