I send a Customer Voice survey from Marketing and the responses arrive anonymously even though I have it configured not to be anonymous. Any suggestion?

Greetings! Understand you have selected non anonymous but still response captured as anonymous. In that case can I request you to check again with settings mentioned as per below documentation & attached a reference blog if that is helpful.
