1- If I update the details for the category - Will the control be on item level NOT category level OR it will continue with category level?
> Budget control remains at the level you configured (Category or Activity), not automatically at item level.
2- How to configure "activity" tab & which impact it will have?
> You enable activity-based budgeting through: Project budget form > Go to: Project → Manage → Project budget
In budget lines: Populate:
Category
Activity number (optional)
3- If the item requirement exceeds the budget, the DISALLOW action should be on approval stage or Posting stage?
> DISALLOW should be enforced at the POSTING stage (mandatory)
Optional validation can be added at APPROVAL stage (recommended)
