Set 'From' of an email activity from a queue

Hello, 

Can anyone please help me how to set "From" in the email activity.?

    But What is i want to set it dynamically based on the message comes from somewhere and i want to reply ?

    In your email message, on the From field, click on the lookup button on the right of the control. When the control pops up and lists that list of users, scroll to the bottom, and click on Look for More Records.

    When the Look Up Record window opens, change the Look for value in the picklist from User to Queue. You should then see a list of Queues that you can send from.

    If you don't see any, make sure you create a Queue.
