Default solution deployment in new environment

Hi Experts,

I exported default solution form old environment , using settings- > customization -->export. During deployment in new CRM environment, I am facing below issue .

"Import of solution Default failed. The following components are missing in your system and are not included in the solution. Import or create all missing components and then try importing this solution again."

Missing component are part of managed solution Adxstudioportals (7.0.0086), which I have already deployed in new CRM environment , details are given below.

AdxstudioPortals Adxstudio Portals Base 7.0.0086 7/17/2017 Managed Adxstudio Inc. Required portal components for Adxstudio Portals.

Anyone faced it before ? How can I resolve it.

Hi,

when exporting a solution, you are only exporting unmanaged customizations.

Whatever managed solutions you had imported into your original environment prior to running the export, they have to be imported into the new enviornment as well.

Right now you are missing Adxstudio Portals solution in your new environment. Unfortunately, I'm not sure where to get that solution - AdxPortals are, now, offered by Microsoft for the online customers only.

Although, if you have a copy of the Adxstudio Portals solution stored somewhere, you just need to import it first.
