how to upload Master data's in to new company.

Hi Veejay,
In AX 2009 you can use Data Export/Import definitions to import master data. This will import csv files.
You can also create Excel templates from this area to have the entry in Excel. The data in this template can be imported.

It is also possible to use Application Integration Framework. This will require a specific xml layout.

You can probably use in product Data Import/Export feature in AX 2009, also if you are using AX 2012 then Date Import/Export Framework would be the best choice
