Email Leave Request Tokens

Trying to have the Email that Dynamics is sending out include all the information in the leave request that was created. Been stuck on this problem for 5 days now and I've tried what feels like everything.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,
    You are trying map Data fields in the templates, which does  not seems the right direction. In the template you can setup placeholder such as 
    %subject%
    %message%
     
    The second part comes in the workflow configuration where you have work item subject (that text appears in the subject line of the email) and work item instructions (that text appears in the body of the email). Here are the two places where you can put the placeholders with data-source(Document Query) of workflow.

    You should use %message% in the email template, it will show all the values showing in the notification text setup in the workflow.
