We have implemented Teams Direct Routing where we are making and receiveing PSTN calls via Microsoft Teams. They are working completely fine.
Then, after 6 months we went on to integrate Teams PSTN calling in Dynamics 365 Sales hub. Right now, we are able to to dial out to our customers via MS Teams using our Ribbon SBC Swe Edge but when the caller calls-in, we are not able to receive the calls in Dynamics 365. Yes, we can receive the call and talk successfully in Teams Desktop App, Web App and Mobile App but this doesn't serve the purpose. When the call arrives, and the agent pick it up, it shows "Connecting" and keeps there forever and does not move forward. On the other hand, the caller hears the ringing tone and after a few tones, the call disconnects.
We have upgraded the SBC, unistall/install the apps, sign out/sign in but it did resolve the isse.
Please help if someone could.
