Currently, when a BOM is released, it is very difficult to make a change and must be changed manually in Navision and inform the warehouse that a change must also take place in the production order.
Does Business Central have the ability to work with a growing BOM? So that you can constantly add and remove items to avoid your BOM being fixed when you have released it and make it easier to make changes.

What would you have the system do? Depending upon the status of the production order, changing the BOM may cause problems in processing the production order.
You can add/remove components to any production order, again depending on the status, automating this comes with many issues to solve so currently it is not possible.
