This afternoon all NAV users appeared to have their zup files reset losing all changes. Even when a ZUP file is restored froma  backup the system resets it again. Once reset and new changes to shortcuts etc appear to be saved ok. Has anybody had this happen to them/ and does anybody know why its happened?

have not run any updates or changed anything. There are two cimpairs on the syst with separate databases. Only one company appears to have been afected ie users of just one company

    Hi ABM,

Refer to below link and try to update with that hotfix. It may resolve your problem.
