HI All,
I am working on one product which was built on MS CRM 2015 on premise. With this product there are some security roles. We implemented this at client side and in new enhancement we created more security roles as per client requirement. Now the scenario is there are many security roles are exist and we need to delete unnecessary security roles from system.
So what would be best approach to achieve this.

Make sure you have no users that are using the security roles that you want to delete, and that they have the correct functionality of the system.
After that is validated, simply Delete the Security Roles from the Root Business Unit Level.
