Posted on by Microsoft Employee

i enabled the trace log files and i can find it in "Instillation Drive:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\Trace"

there is a generated file for each day, but the file itself is empty showing 0KB

the generated log files having the name

" ServerName-w3wp(5452#0781D28D)-CRMWeb-20180722-1.log"

    Hi Shaka,

You can install CRM 2011 diagnostic tool and enable trace in the tool -

    archive.codeplex.com

    mscrmtools.blogspot.com/.../new-tool-crmdiagtool-2011.html

In addition for plugin trace you can enable the trace from settings area-

    www.powerobjects.com/.../debugging-your-plug-ins-with-the-plug-in-trace-log

    Hope this helps .
