what are the Steps to delete old /unwanted Sla's in Mscrm

    Hi Sandeep,

    Go to settings>>Service Management>>SLA

    Select a record to deactivate or if its not used at all, you can delete it.

    Usually SLAs are few, so we do not need bult delete but you can still use bulk delete.

    I am not sure but if you are talking about records that were created because of the SLA; you will need to delete it by going to settings>>Data management>>Bulk Delete>>SLA KPI Instances and then apply filters (whatever you dont want in the system)>>schedule the job

    i created a case and for that particular case i created sla. so i need to delete only sla's created case records should be there.. so i need only to delete sla
