Hi:
The end user will be entering her A/P invoices within the Purchase Journal and not the line item Purchase Invoice.
We need to set up General Business Posting Groups, for debits to purchase expense accounts.
Of course, the chart of accounts contains dozens of expense accounts.
So, how do we get around having to create dozens of General Business Posting Groups?
