We have a Unsubscribe web form setup in the Dynamics Marketing App and a related customer journey for sending out a "unsubscribe confirmation" email once the web form is submitted.
The issue - If a user unsubscribes, it sets the related contact's Bulk Email to false, which means the rest of the workflow (sending confirmation unsubscribe email) can not run.
Has anyone else come across this issue and, if so, have a solution?
I suppose I could create Power Automation to handle the confirmation email but not sure if this is the right approach.

As per my understanding towards your description, you could enable double-opt option.

When contact checked "unsubscribe" checkbox and submitted form, system will send out a "unsubscribe confirmation" email to contact within several minutes,
only after recipient clicked "I confirm" button in email then the "Bulk Email" field will be set to false.
In addition, you could just enable the feature for single form.
