Hi

Is it possible to launch other app inside Dynamics 365 Remote Assist during a call?

Is there any customisation to be applied to annotations? We need more than only to draw or place arrows.

Is there any kind of customisation o be applied to Dynamics 365 Remote Assist app?

Hi Leonardo. You are able to launch other apps while on a Remote Assist call and it will continue to stream/share your screen or HL display. Does that help? I am not aware of any options to customize Remote Assist itself at this time.

As Brian mentioned , we do not think this is something we could achieve using the OOB functionalities.
