Editing the Send Direct Email Form

Hi,

does anyone know if we are able to edit the Send Direct Email Quick Form:

    Hello,

    As far as I remember that's not doable. What you can do either create a Custom Page and use it or create own Custom Html/Js webresource and use it.

    Hi Martin,

    Unfortunately, you can't edit the 'Send Direct Email' Quick Form currently.

    It is used to send the same message to multiple recipients using an email template. you can use workflow/flow to replace it.

    In the workflow/flow, you can easily send emails through email template to selected contacts:

    Alternatively, you can do some other customization that you need in your workflow/process.

    Can you elaborate on what kind of changes you want to make and what you want to achieve?

    Hi Leah Ju ,

    thanks for the information, I wanted first off to verify that we were not able to customize the form. They wanted to add another field to the form as I understand for some logic like a date for a reminder.

    But i try to figure out some other solution for that
