Problem with deployment

Hi, I have big problem. We have two organization.  I try deploy plugins for both. I connect to organization1 and deploy. Everything is ok. I connect to organization2 and do deply, but deploy is send to organization1. I cannot deploy to organization2. The same problem is when I display registered plugins and steps. When I delete some step in organization2 step is deleted in organization1. I think there is problem with cache of connection. It doesn't matter which organization I connected. Every changes and data are from organization1. My version is 1.3.2000.9032. When you planning release of new version? Thanks you.

    I try restart computer and connect to organization2 and do deploy. But result is same. Deploy was to organization1

    I could not sleep and I found reason for this behavior. We use special address for each organization. Example: organization1.crm.example and organization2.crm.example. I use organization1.crm.example for connect to  both organization and it was the problem. When I use correct address everything works fine. I thing, is something wrong in Developer toolkit, because for each address I can select arbitrary organization but connection is every time to organization specified in address.
