Hello
If I buy a Business Central License, do I still need to purchase Dynamics Sales Pro or is that included in the first one. What other licenses do we need to purchase for a media, entertainment, e-commerce, rental and support business.

William, Business Central is an ERP software and 365 Sales is for CRM Management so those are two different products, you can still use BC for Contact Management, Sales Management and based on the business you might need to install some ISV like RPM for the rental process.
Noted. We want to switch CRM. We use now another system, 25,000 contacts currently plus a database of 200,000 pure emails. Also, as we are in media & entertainment how can we add on the industry specific add ons as I don't see any licenses anywhere for event registration, health and safety and other extras.
