Hi everyone,

how to add custom action to existing button?

Tell you my problem... I want to set some field of an email when clic REPLY... with the ribbon workbench tool I can't perform this... right?

    Hi,

    You can do this provided you are using the Web Client Email form and not the Outlook client. The Outlook client buttons on an email are not customisable.

    To add a Javascript function, you will need to right click on the button in the Ribbon Workbench and then click 'Customise Command' - this will give you a copy of the command that you can add a Javascript Action to before the system out of the box action.

    Sorry... another question...

    How I can pass parameter between two form email when I click REPLY?

    I should implement the follow logic: when I reply to email in the new open email the field FROM must be the same of the field BY of the first email...

    Hi,

    That should happen automatically with the standard buttons - have you created custom buttons?
