Hi All,

I am trying to do integration between business central and Sales using OOB integration setup, But I was unable to synchronize the data of contact table. I have checked the Integration log table but there is no error also no inserted records. So, I was trying to sync the data manually using Dataverse action on the Contact card but however that action is unable to click.

    Did you enable the connection in the Dataverse Connection Setup? Once that is done, take a look at the Integration Table Mapping--this is where the system defines which BC table is linked to which CRM table, and what filters it uses to look for records to sync.

    What Contact Type is it? Company?

    This action will be enabled if Type is Person and has Company No. assigned to that contact.

    Enabled = (Type <> Type::Company) AND ("Company No." <> '');

    Hello,

    This is by design. In BC we have contacts of company type and contacts of person type. That does not exist in CRM. You have contacts and customers. Within Integration Table Mapping, for Contacts entity you will see a filter based on Contacts of person type and company name is empty.

    To resolve:

    1. create a contact of company type and associate with a customer in BC

    2. create a contact of person type and associate with that contact of company type

    The customer will synch to CRM from out of BC (Customer page).

    The contact of person type can be synched from out of BC (Contacts page).

    Hope it helps.
