Customer Lookup - My Active Accounts View always Empty

Hi all,

In Customer Lookup "My Active Accounts view" is returning empty and show only my records is not working(in all the views) Kindly see the following two images and suggest me what to do?

I am My active accounts to show on my lookup. Kindly advise how to resolve this?

    Hi Aldous,

    How did you go with this ? Did you found the root cause?

    As you said that there is no filter added in the lookup and the other view are displaying the data ,so there should be  issue with view.

    Why not you are checking the view , Mahadeo answer may be right you may have duplicate view with same name and different criteria. If this is not the case then why dont you  create separate view and show only  selected  view and visible off the current view. You can customize view list which are populating in the lookup window using lookup properties window shared above by Sreevalli.

    I think there is must related record filtering with any other lookup fields on form. so to field properties and check if any

    Hi,

    By chance, are there two views with name "My Active Accounts" view.  

    also make sure there is not any dynamic filters added using java script or from form customization added any filter to this lookup.

    Okay can you please go to settings--> Customization-->Customize the system --> expand entity Account --> Views --> Find the particular view and remove filter criteria. Then do  Save and Publish all customization.

    Other views are working fine. Only this view is a problem

    What about other view , or any custom view do you see the record there ?

    No JS, Custom Filter.
