Parts stuck on backordered list - Qty to Back Order

This service request is closed & the item shows no backorder, how can I get it removed from the QTY to Back Order?

These parts have been stuck on my Back Ordered Line items* smart list. The order doesn’t exist. Can we get rid of them?

    Have you run the reconcile utility on your inventory? That usually clears up the Item Inquiry screen. What your showing looks like the line item numbers need to be adjusted. Can you just open the SOP Document in the SOP Transaction Entry window and change the numbers? Are you talking about a WennSoft window?

    If the order doesn't exist you could have an orphaned line item. Check Links on sales should remove orphaned records.
