How to capture and merge multiple forms in Dynamics 365 Marketing?

Dear Members,

I wondered if it is possible to link several of the same forms on different pages of my Website into one captured form in Dynamics Marketing.
Because, on my Website, the form for subscribing to a newsletter is on other pages as well. Otherwise I would need to create more than 100 forms in Dynamics marketing to capture the same form on different pages.

Hi,

When creating a capture form, an accurate URL is needed.

If a wrong URL is provided, there will be an error message.

So your request cannot be achieved unfortunately.

I know that. My question is how can I merge multiple forms with different links into one single form in Dynamics Marketing.

Hi,

It cannot be done with one capture form.

How about creating a marketing form and embedding it to different pages?
