Just adding Documents sending profile answer, you can setup and Document sending profile section how you want to send the all your invoices to your customer, more information please follow the below link to setup that.

Provisional balance is showing you unposted expected transactions like sales order / purchase invoices registered but not yet posted.
Document sending profile is used for defining how you want to send business documents to your customer. Usually with the option for e-mail, electronic, paper print or file based.
If you use the post and send function your shipment and invoice documents will be sent according to the document sending profile.
