We created server for GP 9.0 to act as test server for our production environment.. The test does not show the custom reports. Where are these stored in GP or how do we move them from prodution to test.

All Dynamics GP reports store in Report.dic file, to reports.dic path used in Dynamics GP goto -Tools-Setup-->System-->Edit Launch Files.
Select Product Dynamics GP and check Report path. Copy file to your test Server/machine and mapped it through Edit Launch File.

custom reports are in the reports.dic file. Edit the dynamics.set file to point at the reports.dic. Why are you doing 9.0? Support for that ends next month.
