Error while Renaming Username - Business Central (SaaS)

Hi Experts
Im getting the error below while trying to change the user's name. I've tried with the admin account, which has the Super role assigned, and also tested with different accounts at different levels of permission, but nothing worked. I've changed the first name from M365 and then synced back; it changed without any issue, but it didn't update the user name.

“Your licence does not grant you the following permissions on TableData 8390 Financial Report Audit Log: Modify. To view details about your permissions, see the Effective Permissions page. To report a problem, refer to the following server session ID: ‘18297’.”

Has anyone experienced a similar issue before?
