Enable microsoft team meeting from power platform portal

Hi,

I have logged in as a customer on power platform portal, i have a requirement to display upcoming appointments for customer and I am able to show the appointments on portal, Now every appointment row has a link for customer to join the teams meeting and I am able to add a link button on appointment but i don't know what changes i should do so once the customer clicked that, he will be joined in teams meeting ? Should i do any team integration with portals or is this process is simple ? Can anyone please guide me.

Hi,

If you have the Meeting link, you can simply show it as an link/anchor (HTML a tag):

Join Meeting

When user clicks on it should show following:

Hi,

This link should be dynamic, Me as customer will click on the link and is able to join the meeting but there would be some host of that meeting and that host is the dynamics 365 user related to the appointment so this meeting link should relate to the host but you provided the static link which host is specific to one user only.

Hi Ishan,

You can try to use the Marketing application in Dynamics and create the meeting as event in it.

So that you can show the event in the portal or insert it into a marketing email to invite others to attend.
